SolTheWorld LLC may send one-time SMS messages for account verification, sign-in verification, and account security verification.

Messages are one-time passcodes or account security verification messages. SolTheWorld does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages.

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on the SolTheWorld sign-in, create-account, or account verification page, checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, and clicking "Send code" to request a one-time SMS verification code.

By submitting your mobile number, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of that phone number and that you agree to receive one-time SMS verification messages from SolTheWorld for account security purposes.

Message frequency varies based on how often a user requests verification codes.

SolTheWorld does not guarantee a specific number of messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

SolTheWorld is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, where supported.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.

After opting out, you may not receive SMS messages related to account verification or phone sign-in until you opt in again by requesting a new verification code.

If you opt out and later want to receive SMS verification messages again, you may need to request a new verification code or contact SolTheWorld for assistance.

SMS consent is not required to purchase services from SolTheWorld.

You can also continue with Email, Google, or Facebook instead of SMS when those options are available.

Phone-based account verification and sign-in require SMS communication only when you choose to use the phone verification option.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers, device settings, network availability, and third-party service providers.

SolTheWorld is not responsible for delayed, blocked, failed, or undelivered messages caused by carrier filtering, network issues, incorrect phone numbers, device settings, or third-party service interruptions.

Mobile information and SMS consent are handled according to the Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SolTheWorld may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate SMS verification services, verify accounts, send verification messages, or comply with legal requirements.

These providers may include Twilio, Supabase, and similar technology providers.

These providers are only provided the information needed to perform their services.

SolTheWorld's use of personal information, including phone numbers, is also described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile phone number and keeping your contact information up to date.

If you provide a phone number that does not belong to you, you are responsible for any issues that result from that incorrect information.

If your phone number changes, please update your account information or contact SolTheWorld.

You may not use SolTheWorld's SMS verification features for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

SolTheWorld may suspend or restrict SMS access if we believe the feature is being misused.

SolTheWorld may update these SMS Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of SolTheWorld's SMS verification features after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
