Overview
This Digital Delivery / Fulfillment Policy explains how SolTheWorld LLC delivers real estate media, digital property assets, virtual tours, and related services.
By booking or purchasing services from SolTheWorld, you agree to this policy.
Digital Delivery Method
SolTheWorld provides most deliverables electronically. Deliverables may be provided through email, secure download links, hosted virtual tour links, branded property webpage links, client account access, third-party media platforms, or other approved digital delivery methods.
Delivery is considered complete when the final files, links, hosted media, or access instructions are sent to the client or made available through the client account, property webpage, or agreed delivery platform.
Deliverables Covered
This policy applies to digital deliverables including, but not limited to:
Premier photography, walkthrough videos, highlight reels, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, virtual staging, virtual twilight edits, branded property webpages, 3D point cloud or property documentation files, digital media links, hosted tours, and related project assets.
Specific deliverables depend on the package or services selected at the time of booking.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is typically within 24-48 hours after property capture is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Some services may require additional processing time, including larger properties, multifamily or commercial projects, video editing, floor plan processing, virtual staging, virtual twilight edits, custom branded property webpages, 3D tour processing, and third-party platform processing.
SolTheWorld will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within the stated timeframe, but delivery times may vary based on project size, service complexity, property conditions, platform processing, and workload.
Hosted Deliverables and Access
Some deliverables may be hosted through SolTheWorld or third-party platforms. Hosted deliverables may include 3D virtual tours, branded property webpages, hosted floor plans, media galleries, property links, and digital tour experiences.
Access to hosted deliverables may depend on the selected package, active hosting plan, account status, or continued payment.
If hosting expires, is canceled, or becomes inactive, hosted deliverables may be paused, archived, removed, or become unavailable.
Downloadable Files
When downloadable files are provided, clients are responsible for downloading and saving their files within the available access period.
SolTheWorld may maintain temporary backups, but SolTheWorld is not responsible for permanently storing downloadable files unless a separate written hosting or storage agreement is in place.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your deliverables within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact SolTheWorld as soon as possible.
Delivery issues may include broken links, missing files, incorrect access permissions, trouble opening or viewing deliverables, or email delivery problems.
Please report access or delivery issues within 24 hours of the expected delivery time so we can resolve them promptly.
Corrections and Revisions
If there is an error caused by SolTheWorld, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
Correction requests should be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Corrections may include fixing broken links, correcting delivery access, replacing missing files, and addressing reasonable editing or output errors.
Client-requested changes that are outside the original scope, caused by property condition, or requested after delivery approval may require an additional fee.
Third-Party Platforms
Some deliverables may rely on third-party platforms or service providers for hosting, processing, delivery, email, scheduling, mapping, or storage.
These platforms may include services such as Matterport, Giraffe360, Treedis, 3DVista, Supabase, Resend, Cal.com, Mapbox, Google, or similar providers.
SolTheWorld is not responsible for delays, outages, feature changes, processing issues, or access interruptions caused by third-party platforms, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve issues when possible.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, providing accurate property information, checking email inboxes and spam folders, reviewing delivered assets promptly, notifying SolTheWorld of delivery issues or corrections, downloading files within the available access period, and maintaining active hosting or account access when applicable.
Retention of Deliverables
SolTheWorld may retain copies of delivered files, project media, or hosted assets for business, support, backup, portfolio, or recordkeeping purposes.
Downloadable files are generally retained for at least 30 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Hosted deliverables may remain available while hosting, account access, or platform access remains active.
SolTheWorld is not a permanent archive or storage provider unless agreed in writing.
