Overview
At SolTheWorld LLC, we provide custom real estate media and digital services tailored to each property and client. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and property-readiness issues are handled.
By booking a service with SolTheWorld, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Refunds
Because our services are custom, property-specific, and service-based, all sales are final once the scheduled capture, editing, or digital production work has started.
Refunds are generally not available after delivery of custom media or digital deliverables, including but not limited to:
Premier photography
Walkthrough videos
Highlight reels
3D virtual tours
Floor plans
Virtual staging
Virtual twilight edits
Branded property webpages
Digital tour links or related media assets
2. Errors or Issues Caused by SolTheWorld
If an error occurs due to SolTheWorld, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
Re-editing affected media
Correcting delivery links or files
Updating a digital asset
Reshooting specific items when necessary and reasonable
Client-requested changes that were not caused by a SolTheWorld error may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot may result in a cancellation fee.
If SolTheWorld has already performed capture, editing, travel, preparation, or other project work before cancellation, those completed services may still be billable.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available at no additional cost when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time.
Short-notice rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, but may be subject to additional fees depending on timing, travel, availability, and project requirements.
5. Property Access and Readiness
Clients are responsible for making sure the property is accessible, prepared, and photo-ready at the scheduled time.
This includes, when applicable:
Ensuring the correct address and access instructions are provided
Making sure doors, gates, lockboxes, and entry points are accessible
Removing clutter or personal items that should not appear in media
Securing pets
Notifying occupants, tenants, owners, or property managers
Ensuring utilities, lighting, and required areas are available
Preparing the property before SolTheWorld arrives
If the property is not ready, inaccessible, unsafe, or unavailable at the scheduled time, additional visits, waiting time, or rescheduling may result in additional fees.
6. Weather and Exterior Conditions
Weather, lighting, and exterior conditions may affect outdoor photography, aerial-style media, virtual twilight edits, and exterior deliverables.
If weather or conditions prevent completion of certain exterior services, SolTheWorld may reschedule the affected portion when reasonable or complete the project using the best available conditions.
7. Digital Delivery
Most deliverables are provided electronically by email, secure link, client account, or other digital delivery method.
Standard delivery timelines are described in SolTheWorld's Digital Delivery / Fulfillment Policy. Larger, more complex, or custom projects may require additional processing time.
8. No-Show or Failed Access
If SolTheWorld arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property, or if the client, owner, tenant, or property representative is unavailable when required, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or failed access appointment.
A rescheduling fee or additional visit fee may apply.
